Parish Life
Here's a snapshot of a few of the many events and activities that enrich the life of our Community
Second Sunday Supper (year round)On the second Sunday of every month we gather for an all parish 'pot-luck' style dinner at 6:00pm in the Parish Hall. Bring an entree or side to share, all ages welcome, and we always have a few kid friendly items provided. Friends and guests welcome, this is a casual meal, no agenda, just a chance to chat, catch up, meet new people, and enjoy some great home cooking. In the summer months you may bring something to grill on our outdoor grill!
Third Sunday Lunch (Sept-May)On the third Sunday of the month during the Spring and Fall we gather for a family-friendly lunch following the 10:30 service. Food is often pizza or sub sandwiches and, much like God's grace, lunch is free! This is a wonderful chance to have fellowship and relax, particularly for our younger families who have a harder time getting to other events. Lunch is held in the Undercroft. Come and join us! Annual Parish Picnic – SeptemberCome one, come all! We celebrate our start-up weekend with an all-parish picnic the Saturday after Labor Day. We provide hamburgers, hotdogs, fixings, soft-drinks, and paper products. Bring a dish to share Signup is typically in August to get an idea of attendance and recruit some volunteers for the grill and setup/cleanup. Come join us! Questions? Annual Christmas Pageant
Stay posted for sign ups and rehearsals which will begin in November.
Annual Spaghetti Supper
Each January, St. George's hosts a Spaghetti Dinner & Silent Auction which raises funds for outreach ministries. This is a long-standing and much-loved parish event. There are games for kids, wine-by-the-glass, great food, and lots of family-friendly fun.

Each year on the last Sunday of Advent, just before Christmas, our Children's Ministry puts on a Pageant during the 10:30 worship service. Our children tell the story of the birth of Jesus Christ with music, songs, vibrant costumes and sets, and a host of roles by children of all ages (and some adults too!).
